Terms of Use
Firstly i really hope you have as much fun using my kits and graphics as i have designing them, i always encourage clients to send photos in of their complete projects, i am after all a crafter first. When you do decide to purchase form Tinker & Co Digital Images, Please bare in mind my terms of use i have created to help protect my artwork.

You can

Use my graphics & Kits for personal card making, scrapbooking and other crafting projects

Use my Kits & Graphics for commercial use, provided it is in a finished state, eg, a card, or a scrapbook album. This rule is on the condition you please give credit for graphics to us "Tinker & Co Digital Images" somewhere in your listing and terms page.

Use the downloads in work shops and demonstrations, providing no printed sheets are sold to individuals or parties.

Use any or the images in projects and demostration sheets, such as demonstrating an altered item, or how to make items. |

You May Not

Copy my Graphics or Kits in any shape, way or form, this includes, but is not limited to: digital reproducing, photographing, scanning, illegal disc burning.

Print papers, Graphics, or elements from my kits to be sold as your own kits for commercial use

You may not share the Graphics, Kits with Friends, Family members or clients this includes, but is not limited to, lending or illegal burning.

You may not sell the printed papers, embellishments or elements to any clients for work shops.

Alter the Graphics and then call them your own for re-sale.

Make any web based templates using our graphics. |

Commercial Use Licence
First of all let me say i don't believe in charging you a licence fee for this and a seperate one for that, so all Commercial Use products are priced with Licence included to make for an easier shopping experience.

Claim the graphics as your own

create, digital embroidery, digital stamps, real stamps or Dies from my graphics

create websets, that includes ebay and etsy headers.
You must credit Tinker & Co for Raw art work on every place you sell and within the credits section of your files.
